Daun Pokok Cheri

I wanna share a traditional method of how to bring down a person's high-blood pressure. I was told this method had been used & proven by our great-great-great grandparents. In this modern-era, i guess using alternative healing is possible to apply as long as we are confident it works.

Have you heard of 'Daud pokok cheri"?? You can eat the 'buah cheri'. Its not that clear but i can blury remember that i used to eat its 'buah cheri' when i was small. Its red in colour and quite sweet. I'm sure many of you will remember eating its fruit when you're little.

Anyway the recipe is, pluck its leaves, clean it and boil the leaves. Once boiled, sieve the water and let it cool. Let the person drink. Insyallah, it will reduce high blood pressure.

Last weekend i was in Seremban and we managed to find this tree. With the help of my sis-inlaw and MIL maid, we plucked some leaves. I washed the leaves and boiled them which took hours.

This is the 'daun pokok cheri'.

And this is how the 'buah cheri' looks like.

The green leaves before and after boiling will definately change colourlah juz like when we cooked vegetables..

'Cheri' leaves and fruits.

For those who have hypertension, you can do it once a while and let the patient drink. Bee said it taste quite bitter but i'm sure it has it's own benefits.
